Wenyi Cai
Biodata
Wenyi Cai is a MA Linguistics student at York University, Canada. She completed her specialized BA in the same field in the same university. Her research interests include syntax (theoretical and experimental), psycholinguistics and second language acquisition. During her undergraduate studies, she has gained lab experience as a research assistant on a phonetics project regarding Tamil liquids with Professor Chandan Narayan from 2019-2020. She also has received a DARE scholarship in summer 2020 working with Professor Andrea Valente on a project called “The Pedagogy of Academic Concepts in Multilingual Classroom: Insights from Predictive BrainTheory”. Cai looks forward to engaging in further collaborative projects.
